Refund policy

14-day refund guarantee.

Our digital products — the Flow Audit Toolkit and the Flow Sprint Template Pack — come with a 14-day refund guarantee.

If, within 14 days of your purchase, the product isn’t useful to you, email charles@unlockedagility.com with your order number and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

Because these are instant digital downloads, there’s nothing to return — just let us know and we’ll process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

This policy applies to both the Flow Audit Toolkit and the Flow Sprint Template Pack. Questions? Email info@unlockedagility.com.
